o´macarons
This is left over macarons I made for my daughters birthday party.
We threw her a big birthday party for her 1st birthday yesterday and a pastor read her a blessing! It was beautiful.
We were in the cakery in "Citykyrkan"(a church here in stockholm), called "Citykonditoriet"... and oh, the enviornment there is SO beautiful, very Marie Antoinette-18th century.
Theese are some of the goodies I baked for the party, I made loads!
Unfortunatly I didn´t find the time to take any pictures so I can´t show you the rest right now, but I know our friends and family photographed, so I´ll put some up later.
I have to say I am very pleased with my macarons this time, I think I´ve figured them out now.
green: pear buttercream
yellow: orange blossom buttercream
pink: strawberry/champagne buttercream
brown: chocolate/mocca ganache
purple: white chocolate/blueberry (my favourite of them!)
I really want to thank our friends and family- you are all so great, and we love you!
We are so happy that so many of you could celebrate with us yesterday, it means a lot... It really made us understand how blessed we are.
What a big party Ella got for her 1st birthday! Thank you all for making her, and our, day!

o´ice cream
Sådana här har jag velat göra ett tag nu. När jag sedan fick göra cupcakes till ett barnkalas, blev det äntligen dags! Det var inte helt lätt att få tag på bägarna, men jag gav mig inte, och här är nu resultatet. Kanske inte så eleganta ;-) men väldigt söta. Nu hoppas jag bara födelsedagsbarnet blir nöjd.
